In most cases a Bike Fit will cure quite a lot of common "niggles" as well as improving cycling efficiency and most importantly, comfort.
To quote the IBFI Web site, "We All Work for Perfection," however sometimes perfection is not always possible on the first attempt.
The following is a list of common issues that a bike fit will usually help with. However, some problems could require professional medical help. Or you may just need to ride more!

The Bike FitTo assist us to achieve your "Optimal position" we use Velogicfit 3D Motion capture software which we believe is one of the best 3D motion capture software systems currently available. This powerful system gives us data to see exactly what your body is doing that we can’t see with the naked eye, not only from the side but Laterally, horizontally and rotationally in 3D.
With our Bike Fitting experience and the knowledge, plus the ability to read and interpret the data we can work to get you in your "Optimal position". Our aim is to get you into your "Optimal" position with pain free, Efficient and comfortable cycling.
Limiting factors of getting you into this position usually fall into one or both of two categories. Your health and your bike
- Core Strength
- Previous injuries
- Previous medical conditions
- Body Asymmetry
- High BMI
- Bike frame size incorrect
- The wrong type of bike for what you want to achieve
- Components incorrect
Our area of expertise is bike fitting and when we do come across injury / pain which is outside what a bikefit can do we work closely with local Sports Physiotherapist and Chiropractors where we can refer you for further treatment or is some cases we will advise you to seek assistance from your GP
